The starting point is collating of information, all we need is the name of the pension provider and ideally a plan number, don’t worry if you don’t have a plan number I am very good at ’tracing pensions’.
I than request up to date information on your pensions and provide a summary report of each pension including all of the key information you need.
So, the least you will get out of the service is up to date information on your pensions.

Establish the level of investment risk you are prepared to accept and also discussion around the level of investment risk/investment return required.
Step four
Outline the options available to you within your existing plans and the option available by transferring to a new pension. This part of the process will compare pension fund performance, charges and the features and benefits of the existing versus a new pension.
